Project Management

Executing & Monitoring:

Execution and monitoring of the scientific piece of research projects

is often an iterative process.  If one method of examining the data

doesn’t lead to conclusive results, I will often attempt alternate approaches.  Sometimes the outcome of one portion of the project inspires a new train of investigation.  Each step in execution is coupled with automatic progress monitoring and project adaptation.

Whether I am responsible for the bulk of the data analysis or am a co-investigator on someone else’s project, I maintain a close level of communication with the rest of the team.  Many of the research projects I take part in involve international collaboration and/or travel.  In my research career I have worked alongside scientists from France, Germany, South Africa, The Netherlands, Greece, Canada, Chile, Russia, Italy, Great Britain, China, India, and more.
